Sorry to have been away so long

Good morning faithful followers and may I start by apologising for my absence - I have so much sleeping to do since Girl Fridays water falling device got fixed as with all the activity going on, I didn't get a lot of sleep so I have had to catch up. And thank you to Jan for worrying about me being trapped under the floorboards - I wasn't xxx.

I heard the man that came to stick white squares on the wall say to Girl Friday that he was worried about me as I hadn't moved from the bed the entire time he was there - the poor man hadn't realised that I run on batteries not Go-Cat LOLOLOLOL

I have decided that's its time I got in better shape - all this sleeping could be doing damage to my waistline so as Girl Friday isn't using this strange device very much, I thought I would give it a go instead - but its such hard work and makes a little kitty like me very tired - not very comfy to nap on but I'm a cat so I'll sleep anywhere

What IS all the fuss about????????

Can someone please explain what all the fuss is about with you humans and your fascination with falling water???????? Don't you know that water is evil and bad for you. It makes your fur wet and spoils your appearance - you have to look good when you are asleep you know - you've all been onto I Can Haz Cheesburger?
and seen those terrible pictures of torture where you humans pour water on us and seen the effects. We are not like those pre-gremlin things that must never be fed at night and must never have water poured on them - we don't turn into mad creatures and cause riots in the town but it certainly doesn't do our street cred much good.

Anyway, I have decided that if I stay here, it will cut down the risk of Girl Friday getting the falling water device fixed and that in turn will reduce the risk of me accidentally walking into it and ending up looking like a bedraggled rat.

Been out an a real adventure today

Girl Friday took me to visit one of her clients today and it was so nice in her garden that i curled up on the seat in the sun and had a lovely nap.

Then when GF had done what she does for the lady, she took me to the lock where she sat eating her lunch while I had a nap on the lock gate - I was guarding GF's bike really :-)

Helping GF with the D I Y

GF needed a hand with a bookcase she wanted to build so I thought I would be nice and help her out - aren't I a nice kitty? xxxxx

That Girl Friday didn't forget me and she bought me an egg but I've heard she's a bit of a chocoholic so I'm gonna have to keep my paws on it to stop GF getting HER paws on it lol

Helping with the decorating

My Girl Friday has that man of hers coming over today to do some more painting in my home so I thought that out of the courtesy of my good heart, I would help him out and make a start. Well the effort of getting the paint pot out of the cupboard and collecting the paint tray and roller has totally worn me out and I can't be bothered now so I shall have a nap. Man Friday better not wake me up when he comes in - I'll pee in his motorbike helmet if he does!!

The Great Escape

Girl Friday is having a sleep over this weekend with a friend - so I thought I would try and make my escape whilst GF wasn't looking - but the exertion of trying to get into the very packed bag of the sleepover person exhausted me and I fell back to sleep again so my plans have been scuppered - drat, drat and double drat
